There were multiple managers who interviewed me. They seemed friendly. It felt like they were hiding something when I asked them an easy question about worklife that they didn't answer directly.

A fair and transparent process that valued the time of all involved. The hiring team provided helpful feedback and kept the door open without an offer. Interviews were phone screening and then a video with a hiring panel that went through standardized questions for all candidates.

Interview
Staff was kind and seemed genuinely interested in my commitment to the community. Difficult questions with highly competent interview questions. No follow up about if position was offered. Company is going through a lot of growth.
