CSC Project Manager interview questions

The interview process at CSC Global was extensive, taking five rounds to complete, and it felt disorganized and drawn out. The steps included an HR screening, two separate one-hour interviews with managers, and two different one-hour panel interviews with potential peers. While the people I interviewed with were generally nice, professional, courteous, and punctual, the overall process was poorly managed. Scheduling was challenging, and it felt like there was a lot of "tire-kicking" without clear direction. CSC Global should consider consolidating their interview process to a maximum of three rounds. Going through five rounds only to be rejected seemed excessive and left a negative impression.
