Talent Group found my resume on line and reached out to determine my level of interest. The Talent Group contact has been very good and professional in keeping me in the loop. I have had two phone interviews with senior people, about one hour each. A third phone interview is scheduled for next week

The interview process is very thorough. Met with multiple people and for about 30 min each. They asked good questions and i was able to get a decent idea of the job.
