First I was interviewed by one of the HR asking questions about my previous education and job experience.. in couple days the HR called me and invited me for the Assessment centre.. It took couple hours, and there were about 10 - 14 candidates...
First we played introduction games, after the company introduced itself, then we went to write an analytical test (basic numering, nothing hard, enough time), afterwards played another game in groups to see our communication skills and team participation.. the last part focused on data entry, but was just filling in paper with PC articles (checking accuracy I guess)...
In the afternoon the short listed candidates were invited for interviews.
