CSAT Solutions Warehouse Associate interview questions

During the interview process I filled the pre employment paperwork while the manager explained the operations of the company. Showed me around the warehouse and asked if I had an interest in the company, and I said yes, then asked when I could start. The company is easy to get into but you will work for minimal pay and fluctuating hours.
