One of the worst company I have ever seen, I have cleared all the rounds including HR .They have put my profile on hold as my expectation is more they told.While scheduling the interview I have clearly told to that guy what I am expecting and what is my experience and why I am changing now. If my expectation is not matching then why did you even schedule my interview.It's simply waste of time guys.CRMIT people does respect others time.

Interview
Interview Process is very good at CRMIT. You will have to meet first with HR Director about you as a person. Probably you are going to give 2-3 rounds with Technical Panel as per your skills and 1 Tech Director round to know you goal and ambitions and last 1 HR round for salary negotiations.
