First, received the interview invitation after apply through their website, which takes within one week. Second, writing test. Third, talk to local manager. Last, talk to MD. After all these rounds, got the offer.

The schedule is arranged tight, interviewers are friendly and nice. (during the interviews: speaking in both English and Chinese)
First with a written exam related to the job applied, then phone & online video interviews. End with a small online video chat with the boss.

Poor, 5 time interviewed out of which 4 time ghosting
1 time after interview my year of experience is low.
Never get feedback, alway ask for test which I completely on time as per there guidelines, I think they hire only top B school candidate
