A recruiter called me and was very insistent to arrange an interview even though I said I was not available in that period. I chose anyway to do the interview because their projects seemed interesting. When I arrived at the office HR greeted me and put me in a room alone to do a math/logic quiz for 30 minutes which they never checked or corrected so I spent time and mental energy for nothing. The technical team then asked me some technical questions about the job and asked me many times if I was very motivated to work for them and if I liked their projects. After that, they told me they would only offer me a stage for 4 months for a ridiculous pay. They did not tell me what would happen after the stage period.
