CRBTech Instrumentation Design Engineer interview questions

I received a call informing that the company had a vacancy for the position I wanted and that I would have to be shortlisted after the scheduled interview for further process. They told me on the phone if selected i would have to go through training for 4 months and will be payed 4500 during the training period and 25k+ after that. When i appeared for the interview i came to know that it is a training institute and that i would have to pay 91000Rs for the training and then will be given a job offer in an MNC after training.I was told about this at all on the phone even when i asked if they were a consultancy type company. They should clearly state that it is just a training institute along with the fees.
