The interview process was with a senior manager-infrastructure and a management consultant. Questions were mostly what i did , and what was on my resume. the Managers doesnt seem to know at all about the subject matter, and couldn;t even figure out or were completely lost to technical answers i was giving to them, The infrastructure manager, asked some technical questions, but when i gave answers, they were totally lost or didnt understand the depth of the answer. I have 15 + years of experience in the field, although literally i would say the interview went well, and the both were happy with the answers, but i know as well that they were looking for someone else, as they were both Chinese!! so looking for another similar to them would be their best choice! The Senior infrastructure manager cannot even speak english properly! The HR didnt even bother responding with an email saying rejection etc... and i didnt even bother asking! A bunch of racist chinese ruling over there!
