Recruiter was very friendly in the beginning. Made it to the final round interviews and after a logistical chat they stopped consideration of my application because of "scheduling issues" even though I made it clear I was flexible. Then they became dry and ghosted.

Interview process is organized well, smooth process, good communication with HR, no initial screening call before the interview, the interview itself was average with mostly behavioural questions and situational questions
