COSTAATT interview questions

Interview was held via Skype and included key personnel of Board of Trustees and Executive Management. Atmosphere was relaxed yet extremely professional. Questions centred around the re-establishment of the Audit Department and involved questions on Strategic Management of the fucntion specifically in dealing with high risk areas of the College.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Then you had to do a mock teaching session in front of the faculty. Feedback was prompt and an offer was made on completion of the interview. The questions were from a panel of 4 people.
