Group interview. It started from introductions, then we have brief and should choose the cloth in the store depends on this brief, then the group discussion about main responsibilities of Sales Assistant. And finally one to one interview.

The interview process was average. It was a group interview so you have to answer questions in front of other people. I also had a style an outfit. It was fun.

It was a assessment setting with a group of people. We went through a series of activities which tested styling, merchandising and teamwork. Assessors prioritised communication and learning as well as flexibility.
