Initial screening via an HR person who knew pretty much nothing. Online personality test plus skills test. Most questions were standard fare, not really related to the field at hand at all. Also, a DISC assessment. The skills test was done online, and took about an hour. They mail you the DISC assessment as an excel spreadsheet, and you fill it out and send it back. I have a strong suspicion that they use that as a primary screening tool, since they rejected me immediately after I sent it back. They are apparently looking for pretty specific types of people to work at this firm, for whatever reason.
