Interview
3 interviews. First two with HR and the last with hiring manager. No feedback about process. From my understanding the pay scale is low. Considerating that it was COFCO HR that has approached me for the job position, I think it is really disrespectful the lack of feedback.

Processo composto por 5 etapas, incluindo uma reunião final com todo o Board de diretores. Processo apesar de longo (tempo) foi simples e direto, passando por todos os envolvidos que deveriam de fato participar do processo.
