I am here because I want to be aware of one fake interview process which happened with one of my colleague.
Company HR had shortlisted his resume and started the interview process and my colleague had shortlisted in the technical round of interview.
After the technical round company HR confirmed that he had cleared the and scheduled the HR for final discussion but after sometime he had cancelled and Hr told him that they will conduct two more rounds with the global manager.
My friend had attended the one interview with the global manager.
Just after connecting the interview call, the global manager asked him (My colleague) to explain his previous company's joining , last date and reason to leave.
My colleague explained whatever happened with him in previous companies and after 10 minutes interview global manager said i am done with interview and asked to my colleague
to ask a question if he has anyone. My colleague asked some questions related to the project, then the global manager asked him (My colleague), have you read the job description? and did not answer his question.
After one day HR confirmed to my friend that the global manager has given negative feedback due to a job change.
My question here is, when they have shortlisted the resume that time also they were aware about the no of job change, then why did they waste this one month
valuable time.
If they were focusing on number job change then they should not shortlist his resume at first time.
