Started off quickly, went through 2 rounds within 1st week. Then lots of delays and unknown, loooong delays of weeks without any comms. People were great to talk to each round, very casual. But another round kept getting added, until ~3months later down to decision. Rejected for no real reason except the ultimate decision maker saw I lacked insurance background. Well, you could've made that decision much earlier instead of holding a carrot in front of me. Very disappointed, already showed me who holds the reins internally!

Scheduled interview per mutual convenience. Recruiter did not call on time and later called to apologize on follow up Check. the recruiter requested rescheduling the call due to personal reasons. Never called back again or no courtesy message made for not calling - showing company culture or something else? Do you want to work for such company?
