Applied and the following two weeks HR and I played phone tag for a screening interview due to different time zones and availability. Never had the phone screen and assumed that was the end of it, but a couple weeks later was sent an interview invite. Three 30 minutes interviews back to back with different members of the team. About a week later was told I would be receiving an offer. Took about 5 weeks total from application to verbal offer.
