The interview process was interesting. I interviewed with five employees over a period of 2 1/2 - 3 hours. It was very informative and relaxing. Instead of asking me a lot of questions, I was given an overall run down on the position from the perspective of five individuals. I think this process is great, because it allows for you to get somewhat of a 360 view on the position you are interviewing for.
