Applied and got an email for online assessment in a week. The email said to complete the assessment within 10 days. I did it the same day. It started with a set of IQ questions. It was time-sensitive. I think you had to answer as much as possible within 15-20 minutes or so. I answered 10 or 12 questions and then it prompted me straight to the switch test. Same with switch test. You had 20 minutes or so and solve as many questions as possible. Be very careful with the questions, you need to read it at least twice. I did just over 10 or maybe 12 and ran out of time. I got an email after a week saying that I have been selected for an information session and one-on-one interview in a couple of weeks.

Question 1
Online IQ questions were basic math, logic, vocabulary, antonyms, etc.. All were multiple-choice questions. Very easy to solve but need to answer very quickly.
After the information session regarding job and the benefits there was a short interview of probably only 5 min. Nothing too difficult. Afterward they sent me for the drug testing and the criminal record check.

Interview
When you arrive at the interview you’ll be put in a room with everyone else you got the interview. They go over pay and benefits and expectations. Than they will start to interview you one by one, and they interview by whoever came first to whoever came last. I was the last one so I waited about 6 hours to get my turn. Interview was easy, just be honest and make sure to mention how safe you are. Oh, and they no longer do the switch test in person on paper they do it online so if you got the interview you already passed the switch test. I’d say be prepared and try to come early so you don’t wait all day.
