CMiC Plsql Developer interview questions

There was online test first. Then after few days a technical interview with 2 people. They asked a lot of technical questions and asked to write code for few scenarios. After few days I got call from HR that they want to go ahead for further managerial round and on the day of interview only one person joined and asked behavioural and day to day activities in current role. It went well and they mentioned one more interviewer was supposed to join but is on holiday, so we will arrange another call next week. Call happened next week but it was more of technical round again with a few weird theoritical questions along with some personal and HR related questions which I found were not relevant for managerial round. It went for an hour. Finally they mentioned HR will contact. I didn't get any response from HR after that even after couple of follow ups. It was total waste of 3 months efforts. They should respect other's time and eventually provide the final outcome.
