Very casual hiring process, felt like a small family run shop. Not a growth company
Asked for a writing piece on any topic. (Odd for a analyst role) then was the technical round and a final round with the CEO.
Even the technical rounds had the most irrelevant intrusive personal questions.
CEO round interviewer tried to feign interest in the process but failed poorly.

Interview
I applied from my campus,
First out of 35 people only 6 cv got selected for aptitude round, aptitude round had mcq based on finance, economics and in the end had to write essay and conduct financial analysis by looking at financial statements,
Based on aptitude only 2 got shortlisted for interview.
Interview went for 1 hour asked every detail from the CV, later grilled on some basic finance question.
In the end whatever you have ticked on the mcq they would ask question related to that like "why you selected this option" so better remember what questions were asked during aptitude.

One Assignment followed. Based on the assignment candidate's profile gets shortlisted. Then two rounds of personal interviews are there. First round is taken by MD CEO of company. and later round is taken by Sr manager which is kind of HR round.
