I was contacted via LinkedIn for an interview with a recruiting officer for a PMO Role at AXCO. Once the interview started I was asked to give context about my background. As I discussed my current responsibilities, the recruiter interrupted by saying the start date would be "yesterday" and that it wasn't worth it to continue the interview. My experience was short, but not positive. I understand there are immediate needs, but I believe that should be managed internally and not on the first contact with a candidate.
