The interview process at CMC was pleasant. The management team provided a personality test link to try to determine compatibility and shared the results afterwards which was a nice bonus to have that information for myself.

CMC asked why I wanted to join their team to work on a very specific project type.
The interview process was nice, meeting with the president and directors of the various arms of the business. They each were knowledgeable and able to walk me through their roles in each project, from conception to delivery.
