Interview
I was offered an interview with the CEO a day after applying. When I got to the place where the interview was going to be held, a lot of people that seemed to be applicants too were coming in and out of the office. They seemed to be 25 years old or less. I was asked to fill up a form and then wait for like 10 min. The interview itself could have lasted approximately 5-7 min max. The CEO was nice and friendly, but did not ask about my experience which I thought was weird. She never really talked about the job position but the company itself (copy paste from the information they have uploaded in their website and that felt kind of sketchy). Later on that day I was called to schedule my first day of work but I declined since I found out their "direct marketing" strategy meant door-to-door selling.

Interview
The interview process is taking 2 days.
I have applied online and have received an answer after few hours! I have received an email and a phone call from HR Manager.I was not 100% sure but Natalia was really nice over the phone and I decided to attend.
First stage is an 20 minutes chat with the CEO. She is really a lovely and charming lady. On the first interview Magdalena explained briefly the idea of company, how can I progress within,we also had a chat about my experience and background. I have been successful on the first stage so I have been invited for the second stage of the interview.
The second stage was to spent the whole day with a member of staff who will show you the training program and entry level of sales and marketing.
I have enjoyed the day and came back to sit down with Magdalena once again. Got the job ! :)

Interview
Received an email inviting me to an interview the next day with the CEO. The office itself seems very unprofessional, it felt more like a bar than an office. Was rushed through the process in a matter of 10 minutes with no details about the specifics about the role itself being mentioned. I was invited back for an "assessment day" to see if the company was the right fit for both parties.
Essentially a door-to-door salesman role, was told by the HR team that it was a fixed salary but when the issue was brought up in person was told that it was commission only. Decided it was not a good fit and that I had been misled so decided to leave as I felt my time had been wasted.
