Phone interviews then in-person. Had calls with a PM and then with the CIO. Very intelligent and detail-oriented individuals that are super passionate about the industry we're in. After initial phone screen flew out to be interviewed and got to meet in person for another full day of interviews.

Standard interview practices. Met with the Directors and CEO's of the firm. They were very professional and are always seeking top talent. The interview wasn't too intense or overly complex with multiple stages.
