Fast and pleasant process. Two interviews and one test to showcase my skills in the policy area. I was interviewed by HR the manager and in the second interview there were some additional colleagues present.

Interview
Very Straightforward. A telephone interview followed by an in person interview. At the in person interview, I met with 5 people, and it took about 3 hours. I got a really great sense of what the job was going to be like.
