I applied online. I interviewed at CLEAResult (New York, NY) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process was well organized and professional. It consisted of an initial recruiter screening followed by two interviews with the hiring manager and team members. The discussions focused on my account management experience, communication skills, client relationship management, problem-solving approach, and how I would handle real-world customer scenarios. Throughout the process, everyone was welcoming, and there was good communication at each stage.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about previous experience, Omnichannel marketing, integrated marketing and overall very fair amount of questions related to the role itself.
This is strictly talking about the *Pre-hire assessments*
I personally felt the assessments were a little off-putting. It didn't seem like it was asking about how I work with people in the workplace, rather almost a mental health evaluation. Some of the questions were very odd. If you have disabilities, mental health concerns, or a disability I would advise being cautious when answering. I'm not sure how much they weigh this assessment, but I'm not sure I'm interested in moving forward with any interviews. There was also a "skills" assessment that was pattern recognition, and some finding the difference in phrases with letters and numbers mixed around.
Here are some of the exact questions asked on the first assessment that you rate on a scale from always true to always false:
-I find life boring
-My moods change
-I am able to manipulate others
-I am uncertain of my worth
-I am lonely
-I do things to attract attention
-I change my mood a lot
-I often feel discouraged
-I get irritated easily
-I panic easily
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Two assessments: the first is "personality" based. There are statements and you rate them on a scale from always true to always false.
The second is a "skills" assessment with multiple choice. It asks basic math problems, vocab questions (what word fit best in this sentence), and pattern recognition. I had 15 mins and 50 questions. I didn't get through all of them.
I applied online. I interviewed at CLEAResult (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
I was interviewed by the HR recruiter. Very friendly and positive. She stated that since it was a Friday afternoon, I wouldn't hear from them until next week. To my surprise, I got a rejection letter on Sunday afternoon. No feedback available.
