Interview
I applied and within 3-4 days. I got an email from the General Manager. She then wanted to find a time to schedule an initial phone screen. We did the initial phone screen and she thought I was a good fit, so she then emailed again and wanted to do an online video interview because she was out of town. The interview took about an hour but it was rather positive. Once the interview was done, a woman from HR contacted me by email and wanted to set up an in-person interview with the Director of Ops. I then went in for my second interview. Overall, the interviewing process took about 2 weeks.

Interview
Was contacted by an out of state HR person and did a phone interview that went well. She said that the local GM would contact me soon to speak with me and possibly set up an in person interview. That call came 15-20 minutes after the first. That brief phone interview resulted in an in person interview being set up for the next week at 2pm. I arrived at the interview location and waited for over an hour before calling the interviewer who said she totally forgot, apologized and we set up a phone interview an hour later at 4pm. Again, I waited until 5pm for the phone call, but it never came. The next morning I texted to try a 3rd time to set up a phone interview and we agreed any time after 4pm was fine. After 7pm I officially gave up on trying to make an interview happen with this particular GM. I have asked that they keep my resume on file in case a position open under a different GM.
