Interview
The interview process is quick and simple. First, you get a phone interview with a manager and then an in person interview with a site manager. Afterwards, if you are qualified for the job, you are contacted by someone from HR to offer you the position.

Tell me about yourself? Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult patient and how did you handle it?
Zoom meeting asking about 8-10 question. It’s kinda like scripted. Easy peasy. Why CityMD, about yourself , strength, weakness, how to deal with angry patients, salary, if you can move around to different locations. Also they will train you in NY for a week

Interview
In the interview I was asked over ten questions, mostly situational scenarios on how i’m able to handle a difficult situation with a customer. I was asked about my past experiences and how it relates to the job. Any essential skills was presented during the interview.
