It was very easy and they encouraged and praised you through the whole process! The made you aware of the companies expectations and the work hours. They talked about your potential for compensation.
The interview process is formal. Also easy, they were very quick and considerate when it came to timing. General Manager was very friendly and the AI part was also easy.
