Interview
The interview itself was formal, as was the process of getting it scheduled. The recruiter arranged the process on behalf of the interviewer and shared the names and titles of the interviewing team. There were some requirements for site access and paperwork to be done ahead of time, nothing onerous, just make sure you do it.
