CIT Global interview questions

The interview process was HR first , then technical with the Architect and team leader , then with manager in Canada I Passed from technical exam , then it took 1 week to call me back to ask for another interview to determine that I was Senior or specialist , I think I did well in this interview , and nothing happens after that , this was the second time , I attended another Interview in 2017 and technically passed with no feedback SO from my experience this company has fake jobs and do marketing for itself by posting such posts requires candidates
