The process is consistent with that described by other reviewers.
1)Initial phone screening by recruiter
2) Face to face interview with panel of random employees (who may not be prepared to interview) where you will be unexpectedly joined by other candidates competing for the same job. Then asked to send an email detailing why you want the position.
3) Final interview with another random panel of employees, again they're unlikely to be prepared to interview you (no questions to ask, have't look at your resume). This is where it took a bad turn for me as I asked the majority of the questions while they seemed completely disinterested from hello.This time you're NOT flanked by other candidates competing for the same job.
-Seemingly the process is not about who is the best candidate for the job, instead, it is about which candidate the panels feel they will enjoy working with the most. Hopefully your personality fits the panels' interest.
