CIBO interview questions

I applied via LinkedIn and had a member of leadership contact me asking when I could interview. I scheduled interview with hiring manager. During the interview the hiring manager said my resume never made it over to their internal file so could I please fill it out online. He implied I would be moving on to the next and final round. I applied officially on their web site only to get a response two minutes later that I am not going to be interviewed. I emailed HR and explained I already was interviewed I was doing this because my resume didn't catch in their system. She said they have better candidates to chose from. Very unprofessional way of dealing with prospects.
