Horrendous and unprofessional HR experience. Lowballed the offer way below the industry standard. While negotiating I mentioned to the HR that they're asking me to leave my current job for basically the same pay. They gave me an ultimatum, saying I have to show them a pay stub as proof, or I would not be considered for the job. Pretty sure this was illegal, but they covered their tracks well. They only said it over the phone and never emailed me the official request for my paystub that I asked them for. I still suspect some overt discrimination involved.
