Phone interview then on site interview scheduled for the next week.
The recruiter was very nice. Some ordinary interview questions. Then I was taken to the floor that I applied for, met the manager and some staff. About a week later I heard back from them and got the position.

Describe one time you were challenged and how you solved it.
I think it was a very straightforward interview. I Answered questions about my background and I asked them questions about the department. It was low stress and personable. The people were very down to earth.

Interviewed on 3 units, panel interview was conducted with questions about my experience and personality. I was also given a rundown on how things worked on the unit, what the unit saw on a daily basis, and what the unit was looking for in a nurse.
