Similar to what others have said - there was a multi-step process to get to the interview itself. There was the CCAT test (I highly recommend you study for that - and see what is YOUR best way to take that test). Then I had to complete 2 videos - one of the role itself, and another to see how my presentation skills were. Then there was an English speaking test along with some written responses to selling for the Enterprise. I felt that all of these items were fairly done (as far I could tell - they seemed fair?). However, it was difficult to not receive any feedback back from the person behind the scenes scoring you. For example, was the hiring manager the one looking at all candidate videos? Or were there a handful of different folks looking at the different videos, or reading/grading the questions and video responses? There is no way to tell. Interviews were only 30 min long - this was barely enough time to get to know someone in-depth, and the questions I received were superficial at best. However, they were direct and to the point. After my second interview, I was told that the position was filled. I am fairly certain I know what I did not do so well on. (again, I think if given more than 30 min (was more like 20 min) the interview may have gone different? However, I will not receive feedback due to the way the process works (I think)? The two folks I interviewed with seemed sharp, and were respectful during the process.
