The interview are not checking whether you are fit for this job rather they just ask questions which are standard. They follow the candidate should turn on the video but not the interview policy and that is the worst part of it. Interviewer doesn't think what the interviewee has previously worked on or is the question relevant to this job but just wants to go through the question.
