Recruit then referred to location for interviews with hiring manager. There is a clearance process you must go through in order to get the job. It was a fairly easy process. The clearance may take a couple of weeks though
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CGI (Philadelphia, PA) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview was a one on one with the site manager or a supervisor. They ask you two questions such as “What you know about CGI” and “How much experience you have with customer service”. Then she went over the job and explain the different shift and how each task changes ever 2 weeks so you won’t be doing the same thing every day which is prettt cool. The interview was only 30 minutes with her doing most of The talking.
