A four months ago...and I just received a email about a week ago about the job and that salaries and to respond to the email to move to the next step..which I did schedule an interview which I made sure I was prepared for only to last 10 min. The we're very friendly easy to talk I felt comfortable. I feel like everything went well. But I felt like he didn't really give me a chance he kinda run through the process.
Routine interview with 2 people. The first one is a one on one. Then they do a second one with the manager and assistant manager. Overall a pretty standard process.

Interview
The first interview was easy, with typical questions. I got an offer by phone and asked to stop by the office, then when I showed up to the office the managers told me that I was there for a second interview.

Interview
The interviewer was honest. Very honest. I was not misled at all. I was told the cold, hard truth from the start, therefore once I got in, there was nothing left unsaid, and nothing I hadn't already attempted to prepare for.
