Interview
Was referred by an equipment vendor. The company was created in 2004 by three partners but the third partner left because he did not agree on many issues with the mechanical partner. The interview was not at all technical and I was hired on the spot. He claimed he was a small firm with not a high revenue and insisted he could only pay me $10k less than I was asking. Since I was recently unemployed, I took the job.

Entretien avec le Directeur de l'entreprise. Questions d'ordre général sur la formation d'ingénieur réalisé ainsi que sur les précédents stages effectués dans le domaine. Présentation de missions de l'entreprise et de chacun des collaborateurs. Démonstration d'un projet traité par l'un des collaborateurs et questions pour voir le niveau de compréhension du projet.
