The initial approach was excellent and gave a positive impression. However, the interview process turned out to be unnecessarily long and frustrating. It started with an HR interview, followed by a technical interview, then technical and inventory tests. Afterwards, I was invited to the office for four separate case studies that took almost half a day. I also had additional interviews with the HR Director and the technical lead. Despite receiving positive feedback at every step, I was eventually rejected. It was extremely disappointing to be declined after investing so much time and effort. If a company is going to eliminate a candidate, it should be done early on—not after such an exhaustive process. This kind of inconsistency is a major red flag. I’m actually glad they didn’t offer me the job in the end.
