Have a long phone call about the project I have done, asking the details of the numerical methods I used; asking what programming language I used and if I can master the new programming language in a short time.
Recruiter contact on LinkedIn. Process included completing a phone screening and one day of in person interviews. Interview consisted of three separate two person sessions ranging from Team Leader to Program Manager and Director.
