CEMEX Career Development/Trainee interview questions

I send my CV to apply for a Trainee position, which demanded 0 to 1 year experience. I have a degree in engineering and I dont have experience First there was a phone interview where they asked me all sort of questions, including: career, GPA, experience, projects. Then apparently I qualified for the next step, that was an English test, which included: listening, grammar and reading comprehension. Then they say they would look at the test, and that I should expect a call in the next days. There were only 2 vacancies and there were around 30 persons applying for the position. I did not get the call.
