There are 2 interviews. In the first one, the Human Resources plant advisor tries to get to know you and asks you about your experience, leadership skills and examples, if you would change residence for a year to a very small town, if you like to get dirty in a Cement plant. And the second one is a Panel (it could be face to face or by skype), they ask you tricky questions to see how you react to them and to know your thinking process). They ask you about certaing situations and they want to know how would you solve them.
