Interview
I met with the HR manager and a member of the marketing team. I submitted my resume using a recruiter in Raleigh and was confirmed for an interview within the day. The actual interview was done in a conference room on-site and lasted around 40 minutes.

Meet two people at a Career Fair, sent them a thank-you note, then they wanted to me to come in for an interview. First one went well then they had me back to interview with them and their Director of Business Development. Then they had me back to go over the offer letter and even tailored the job to meet my needs. Great company/people, just had a better offer I couldn't pass up.

Interview
The recruiter called me and discussed the position with me and thought he was submitting me for the job. Completely out of the blue a couple of days later, I received a phone call from a technical representative of the company to test my skills. I had no idea that this person was going to call me.
