After the initial application there was a two step process. First a phone screening with two employees and second an in-personal panel interview. The process was relatively easy and they responded promptly after each step of the process.
Behavioral interview with the manager and the director. Questioned on resume and reason for applying and working there. Provided walk through of resume detailing relevant skills and experiences. Good experience interviewing.

Interview
The interview was clear and concise. They asked about basic work experience, project experience, and potential vision for the future of social media at the non-profit. Overall, the environment is encouraging of learning and making a genuine effort on the world around them.
