They had an initial round of Interview, after which they asked a report to be submitted, based on a data analysis question, and after the sending of report they sent an offer. Even after 3 years of experience and a master's degree the salary offered was below par.

Interview has multiple rounds including work sample, assignment and questions asked. A good chance to get to know each other and quality of work but can get lengthy and need to wait some times.
