Was contacted weeks after submitting application for a half hour phone interview. After that there was an in person interview where I met with several employees. The in person interview was 2.5 hours.

I went in for a first round interview -- it was a standard interview questions with nothing too technical. they mostly asked about strengths, weaknesses, past experiences, approaches to consulting etc. very friendly and warm interviewers

Multi-step process allowed me to talk with nearly every person on my (admittedly small) team. Included multiple phone screens, Skype group calls, and an in-person interview that heavily emphasized fit.
